Read this warning before purchasing tickets or entering any of the attractions.

This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, uneven terrain, and an overall physically demanding environment.

You should not enter the haunted attraction if you:
suffer from asthma — heart conditions — are prone to seizures — physical ailments — respiratory — or any other type of medical problem — or are pregnant or suffer from any form of mental disease including, but not limited to epilepsy or claustrophobia.

Do not enter the attraction if you are:
intoxicated — on medication — or using drugs of any type. Do not enter the attraction if you are wearing a cast — medical brace — using crutches — or have any type of physical limitations.

You will not be admitted if any of these limitations are noticed by our staff.

1. DO NOT smoke, eat, drink, or run in the attraction.
2. NO touching of the actors, customers, or props in the attraction.
3. NO video or flash photography may be taken in the attraction.
4. NO cell phones, flashlights, lighters, or any lighted device may be used during the attraction.

You will not be admitted or you will be asked to leave the property if any of these rules are not adhered to.

I understand and agree that I may have to walk through the haunted attraction unaccompanied and alone.

I knowingly and freely hereby assume the risk of any personal injury, property damage or loss, and waive and release Fear Chamber Haunted House, its successors, owners, officers, directors, or employees from any and all liability or claims from personal injury or property damage I may suffer, incur or sustain which could in any way be construed to be connected with, arise out of, or touch upon my participation in the Fear Chamber Haunted House program or activities.
